The basic price is valid for two adults and one night. The day of arrival and departure will be charged as one day.

Children at the age of  0 to 3 years are exempt from charges.

Pets are not allowed.

Normally the shortest term of leave are 5 nights, exceptions have to be requested. Arrival is possible earliest at 16 o´clock. At the date of departure the holiday flat should be left at 10 o´clock to make sure everything can be prepared for the next guests in time. If you wish other times please ask us.

The price includes final clean up, energy costs, bath and dish towels, linen and the use of internet via WLAN.
